Because I find that strange as hell. I never knew Mothers were getting a massage from their children until I came to Café mom

ETA: so you'd be OK with your daughter massaging your husband ?

Its not like one you would get at a massage parlor. Some kids just like to 'help' rub moms back.

Did this really need to be a spin off? You could've just commented on the other post

No, I don't find it weird or creepy at all
I find your questioning it to be prettier than the massage itself

My son has rubbed my shoulders and my feet, especially as I crawl across the floor bc I could barely walk.

What's strange? The fact that I have a kid who cares about me?

My dd likes to scratch my back or use markers to draw on my back, I don't think it's weird I did the same for my mom. I scratch her back all the time.

My mom use to make me rub her back, legs, feet. I couldn't spend the night away because mom needed her nightly massage. If I said no I was hit with a wooden spoon. I find it weird if it's at that point. A back scratch or something is fine

No. I used to rub my daughter's back every night until she fell asleep. When she got 4-5ish, she would ask to rub mine. She perceived my doing it to her as loving affection and wanted to show me the same. She was and is one of the sweetest and most generous kids ever.

Nope not weird at all. I'm assuming anyone who thinks it's weird, is far removed from massage therapy and thinks of it in a sexual light. Massage therapy, is not sexual in anyway, shape or form. In actually quite amazed at how many woman on here have a correlation between massage and it being sexual. If that wasn't where your he'd was at then nothing would be weird about it.
