I'm jealous of my little sister

I'm visiting my sister to help with her children. She has a 2 year old adopted daughter and is pregnant with twins.

I'm extremely happy for her and I love my son, but I'm so jealous that I will never have a baby again.

I love her and want to help, but it hurts.

Should I explain how I feel to her or just get over it.

As hard as it is, just get over it.

Get over it and let her have her joy without making her feel guilty.  Don't make it about you

Why would you explain it to her? What's your logic there?

Why would you tell her? What do either of you gain from that? It is going to make her feel badly and feel like she has to walk on eggshells around you. There is absolutely no reason at all for you to purposely make her upset.

Get over it. My sister was only ever able to have 1 and I have three, she would make small comments and I would feel needlessly guilty that I was pregnant and she couldn't be.

She has asked. I told her it's no big deal.

I hadn't thought of it that way. I don't want to hurt her.

She actually asked you if you were jealous and hurting about her new baby?

I think I understand why you have so many issues interacting with other people. It's your family. Because your sister appears to have the same issue.

This. Why do you need it make it about you? If you can't be happy and supportive, step back from the situation until you can.
