The same time he started becoming the lead singer for Dead and Co. I guess. I've watched a bit of their shows and it is like a John Mayer concert that he is covering Dead songs. Not a fan.

He's a crossover artist. Just like Shania Twain and Taylor Swift.

I'm not a fan. He's a douche bag and I just can't get past that to actually enjoy his music.

Haha Agreed. I am a Grateful Dead fan, but I cannot bring myself to go to one of their shows. No Jerry, no me. Lol

He has one cross over song. I wouldn't consider him a country artist in any capacity.

Ew!

I love his older music and find his voice soothing.

The thought of him singing country is just too weird.

It doesn't sound any different than any of his older songs. No slower beat. Nothing.

Can you tell me the name of his crossover song? I'll listen to it.
