a teenager to mourn over her miscarriage?

She feels guilty for mourning because she knows the child and her are better off now. At the same time, that was her baby and it died.

Is okay for a teen to mourn over her miscarriage or should she feel "guilty" for wishing she had her baby in her arms right now?

There is no wrong or right way. Sorry for her loss.

Of course it's ok. She lost a baby.  When I was pregnant with my first son who I was planning on and eventually did give up for adoption, I would have been devastated if I'd miscarried him.

Yes. Hopefully it will also be a valuable lesson.

People don't choose to mourn. It is just something you feel.

How far along was she? How old is she as there is a vast difference between a fourteen and a nineteen year old in terms of their experience of pregnancy and loss.

Mourning is an emotion. You can't dictate emotions. Not only that but she has hormones at play as well.
