I think everyone who pays child support should have a DNA test done.

that doesn't always work

My dumbass ex demanded a DNA test THREE TIMES

twice in Delaware (where he lives and I used to)

Once in NJ(where DD and I currently Live)

ALL 3 times when it came time to take the test-he REFUSED stating "religious reasons" and because of that right there-that's why I get CS from him.

He still bitches about it but all he has to do is get the test done and he still refuses.

Because he knows he's the father and his lies will come to light.

Asking for a DNA test is smart and is no way an insult to your character

Of course he is, he doesn't want to pay, so take ds in and prove him wrong.  Get child support and ask for it retroactively for the last 7 years.  (It's worth a try.)

You should have filed for support 7 years ago.

It's standard

You're a drama queen

He may not have asked for it.  It may be standard procedure for the court to initiate it on all new CS cases.
