I paid my electric bill but THEY never processed it! Never got an email or anything. Money was taken out my account too.
I got today a 10 day shut off notice. (Im on a payment plan with them)
So i called and explained. The lady basically said tough shit. Gave me my new amount i have to pay and that is due in 2 weeks.

Print proof of payment, and print your bill (or photocopy if you have a paper bill). Mail it to them.

There isnt a local center you can just go too. You call or mail in to pay your bill or online

Did you take note of her name and the time you spoke to her? Call back and  ask for a supervisor, explain what happened and her rude conduct.
