What I should do with my 5th grade dd after her promotion? They are having a ceremony at the school in the morning and then they are out of school the remainder of the day. It's not a graduation but it is a big deal. What did you do with your 5th grader? Any ideas of something fun to do with her to celebrate? I have some ideas but thought I'd see what others have done.

My twins are having a farewell ceremony on Friday. We don't have much planned aside from their grandmas and aunts having dinner here and hanging out for the evening.

We are having a party on the last day of school though. I've booked a bounce house. The kids all invited their close friends. We are doing a bbq and water fight, etc. The kids are very excited!

Shopping in the mall for a new outfit? A dinner of her choice? A sleep over with friends with Mani pedis, popcorn, movies, games

Lunch or dinner out? Mani/pedi? Beach/pool for the day? Trip to a museum, zoo, aquarium, etc.?

If you're really wanting to "go big," you can throw a party for her friends.. Good luck and congrats!
