My ex and I have 2 kids. Back in 2009 I filed for CS after I left him. They CO $400.
Well he recently filed for visitation and our finances have been revealed. I just found out he has another kid that he's paying $700 in CS for since 2009.

I don't understand that one kid gets that much, but my two don't? And my kids are older? Anyone shed some light? Maybe because I filed when the kids were older?

It's who filed first that gets the most money usually. Not who was born first. Sounds like the other mom filed before you so she got tho claim against all of his income while you could only claim against what was left.
