Gain weight. I'm wanting to put on some pounds onto my legs and what not. I'm going to exercise to keep toned and work even harder to keep weight off of my stomach. Any recommendations? I know eating is one great way. Believe me, I'm on it! Are you taking any OTC products to help out on the pounds? What about Depo? I was needing a birth control and have been told it puts the pounds on.

Eat 300 calories above maintenance and 1 gram of protein per pound while working you bottom half since that's where you arewanting your gains. For a workout, strong curves by Brett Contreras is fantastic. I've seen quite a few people get excellent results from his beginner program, Booty-full beginnings. The guide is free online.

ETA: for the record: the only way to build up one part of your body is through building muscle. You can't just eat your way to a nice figure and there's no way to spot reduce fat.

I know I can't "SPOT GAIN LOL". That's why I said I'll be taking extra detail into my mid area.

You can't choose to gain weight in your legs but not your stomach. You can eat a little more, incorporate lots of protein, and lift weights... To try to gain muscle. But that's a slow process.

If you're eating more to gain weight, you can do all the sit ups and crunches you want but that's not going to keep fat from accumulating on your midsection.
