I don't like her. I don't like how she is so Christian yet is a total bitch and her "Christianity" goes right out the window. I hate how she yells and curses. I hate how she complains about being tired all the time yet she doesn't do anything (she's in her 40's) how she's yelled and cursed at me. So I purposely keep my kids away from her.

Oh FFS suck it the hell up and get over yourself. You shouldn't keep your kids away from their grandma because you don't like her its not all about YOU.

Karma is going to be a real bitch to you one day. How would you like if your kid's spouse kept you from having a relationship with your grandkids? You're putting yourself first and that makes you a shit parent.

You're being incredibly petty and childish. If they like spending time with her then let them. My MIL drives me up a wall at times, but i would never keep my kids from her. My four year son loves spending time with grandma. My five year old daughter not so much, but i actually make her spend at least a little time with her grandma. Mainly my MIL is OCD (yes, diagnosed), so she gets really frustrated when the kids do crafts which i let them do all the time because they love them. MIL desperately tries to make them follow the directions on the paper but my daughter simply informs her that she is creative and can change the look of whatever craft she is working on if she wants to. Don't ruin what could be a very special relationship for your kids over your pettiness

How does your husband feel about you keeping the kids away from his mum?
