I have it very mild (according to my dr) I am fine and can focus the majority of the time. every once in a blue moon I  get an off day and can't focus on anything and need to be up walking around doing something. on those days my boss gives me stuff to do outside of the kennel, which I am grateful for. I am having one of those days today....I hope there's stuff to do where im not sitting behind a desk......

no real point to this.

I have it bad and hate the meds so I just suffer through it. It sucks.

That is great your boss accommodates for you.

Cool. I'm a teacher with ADHD (mild). I NEVER sit down at work. We have a training today 😭 My boss allows us to stand when we can't stand to sit. I could never sit all day. Btw my students don't have unreasonable expectations like sitting for extended periods. It's uncomfortable and not the best practice for growth. It looks weird to people who don't understand the neuroscience.
