Does your dh repeat his comments like he's not being heard?

Mine does. Today, he told us FIVE freakin' times that there were drinks and snacks in a bag in the back of the SUV while we were driving on our road trip. I could just smack him. It's not like we didn't answer him the first three times. By the fifth time I was so irritated. He claims the kids don't listen to him or answer but that is just bs. I've now taken to counting how many times he repeats stuff. It's absurd.

So what bugs you about your dh?

He uses the term "It's whatever" a lot.

The guy is pushing 40.

My husband repeats himself multiple times, over and over and over again. It makes me want to smack him upside the head with a frying pan.

He always leaves the toothpaste on the left side of the sink, instead of putting it back in the tray on the right where it belongs.

I seriously hate the saying it is what it is.

No, no. But he listens selectively. Like ignores when I ask for help or come to the table for dinner, like he is deaf. Yet if our children do that, he is all over them taking away privileges. Such a double standard!

My DH wont make a decision before I give my opinion. Makes me think that he is just going to agree with what ever I have to say, but sometimes I want to have his unbiased opinion.
