He said he's going to court. Update

My ex said he's going to court to get dd every weekend during the school year. I told him that won't happen. I do get every holiday because he does not celebrate and doesn't want to take that away. I'm not talking about the whole breaks, I'm speaking about the holiday like thanksgiving and the weekend right after and I get Christmas and he gets the next week after. I don't know what he's complaining about. I get 1-2 weekends a month during school year. He gets 3 weekends a month.

Update. I haven't heard anything about a court date yet. I've talked to my lawyer and nothing has happened. I doubt he is going to court.

You don't get to decide what happens or doesn't happen. A judge does.

A judge put this in order. Don't see why he'd change it just because my ex is being a baby

He wants every weekend. I definitely deserve to have a weekend with my dd too.
