Dh will be gone a year

Dh is going to do welding training in another state with my bil. Bil is a journeyman. Anyways, we live near mil. He always helped her which does bug me because she always called and had dh watch her mom who's disabled. Sometimes she even just left and would tell dh to watch her which was total bs to me.

Now dh will be gone for a year and I am not going to go watch her mom.she is going to have to hire someone.I honestly don't care how cold that sounds but I refuse to change a grown persons diaper and everything. Her other child just started school so she can't help now. I will not. That's gross. I have 3 kids at home to care for. I don't have time nor the energy for that. Nope, nope, nope.

I wouldn't either. Your dh should discuss this with her now to avoid drama while he's away.

I don't blame you. I wouldn't either. Make sure to tell that soon before your dh leaves to avoid a shit storm later.

Say I will NOT do it. I cant. I wont. I refuse!

They need to hire someone to help care for her as he will be gone for a year and unable to care for her during that time. He can resume caring for her when he returns from the year away.
