This question makes me giggle every time the dr asks it.

"Is there a chance you may be pregnant?"

My response is "have you met my wife?"

Haha. I know there are "other ways" of becoming pregnant while in a same sex marriage. I'm a mom, I get it.
I just think it's funny. :)

It's a reasonable question if you are still able to get pregnant.

I know that.
But the office that asked me that question would know if that were a possibility. It's just standard.
I thought it was funny.

I always laugh a bit too, I'm married to a man, we have sex, so there is always a chance. I always say "I don't think so, but, you know..." 😄😄

I find it funny also, I'm in a heterotypical relationship but my husband had a vasectomy.  I assume they would have the records since I see the same doctor, but I'm like I really hope not haha

My ob-gyn released me at my six week post natal visit by saying I'll see you next year or if you get pregnant. Me; I'm going to be really angry if that happens since you did a tubal supposedly. Lol

I also laugh. I have had a complete hysterectomy. If I am pregnant then someone has some explaining to do and I am owed a refund for surgery.
