Just something i can stay in long term.

BUDGET IS NOT THE ISSUE.

i need a first floor place preferably not an apartment. I will do a second floor place IF it has a washer/dryer or hookups.

Apparently 1st floor places are nearly impossible to find and if i find one no washer/dryer or hookups
and a lot of landlords in MY area have never heard of washer/dryers or hookups it seems

9 times out of 10 you pay your own water bill so i don't understand it.

My head feels like it is going to explode and wish i could just find something already worth me staying long term.

Would you consider getting a portable washer and dryer?

If the place is 2nd floor generally a landlord wouldnt allow it.

I hate living on the first floor. You'd be surprised how many places with 2nd floors will allow a washer and dryer. Just have patience and you'll find the perfect place.

Well i would prefer a first-floor due to my health problems. Main reason on that.

Thank you.
