4 moms liked this
In my apartment unit we have a maintenance guy. Only one because it is 5 units. He lives in one.
He is on duty till 8pm.
I have been on his ass for at least a month to fix the tub drain. At first it would just drain slowly so i wasnt too worried about it. Till a week ago when it barely drains. The tub can be half full and take 4hrs to drain. The tub is disgusting because i cant clean it out properly.

I'd text and ask and have been for weeks. He always says he will let me know. Yesterday he said he was at lowes getting the stuff.
I texted him today asking if he can fix it, nothing. Later on i asked if he had what was needed to fix it and if so could i come grab it.

At this point ill just fix it my fucking self.
No response.

I called the landlord. Landlord i guess had a talk with him. He texted me saying he will be up to fix it soon.

Hr showed up all pissed off and shooting daggers at me.

Oh well.

Edit.

Sigh. Yes i could have got x y and z to fix it but i refuse to pay for it with my own money.

This was not some easy fix where you pour fuckin draino down and snake it.

Edit again.

I can't believe some of you ladies. Your behaviour is disgusting.

It is the maintenance guy job to fix ANY problem in all apartments big OR small.

Again it was NOT a easy fix at all. He had to take pipes apart

What was wrong with the drain?

If it was clogged I would invest in one of those plastic snake things - they are less than $2 at Home Depot or Lowe's.

I would have gone for a bottle drain opener first, but I'm also capable of thinking for myself so...

If it wasn't enough of an emergency for you to buy a five dollar bottle of Draino then you can wait until the maintenance guy has time to do it.
