A coworker of my husband wife is apparently allergic to gluten. I don't cook any special orders and she should know to bring her own food which she did not and went hungry. She is old enough to know people aren't going to bend over something that trend will end next year.

I think you're a troll, but in case you aren't, a gluten intolerance or allergy isn't a fad. Some people really can't consume gluten without an adverse reaction, up to being deadly. Your situation isn't clear, but you are just being a jerk. When hosting someone with a food allergy, it's not unreasonable to accomdate their allergies to a point. You are just acting ugly.

You could be a little more accommodating to guests, geez. If she actually has celiac disease anyway. Too many people just decide they do to be trendy.

Nothing livens up a dinner party like anaphylactic shock, I guess.
