She is 30, has a great job making EXCELLENT money.

Yet her and her  mooch off bf... have been taking money from my elderly father.

My dad left her in control of his finances cause he is very old and sickly,

Sister still lives at home so he thought it was best

I went to his home, was looking for foil to wrap some food and found a TON of collection notice in the kitchen draw.

I fought my sister for my dads online banking info, logged in to find shes been using his account for her and her bf!

Uber rides- $150

Eating out-$400

Her phone bill $120

Gas- $50 every week

Amazon- $270

THIS IS ONLY FOR THIS MONTH, this has been going on for months!

And a ton of transfers into her account

HOW COULD SOMEONE BE THIS DISGUSTING?!!?!?!

That's sickening. I'm in charge of my elderly fathers banking but my siblings have the passwords.

She justified this by saying shes the baby still at home.

I am sick to my stomach from the stuff I saw,

mind you my dad gave her and the BF the upstairs apartment for FREE and they did this to him

That sucks. That's what happens when you make a shitty person your financial power of attorney or conservator. If she's his legal conservator, I'd be first in line at the next yearly court date. They legally have to send you proof of all that if that is the case!

Not yet, I am going to have a family meeting with him and my other siblings about this.

Report her for elder abuse!  That is illegal!

Call adult protective services. She is taking advantage of an elderly person and exploiting him.

Shes not legally in charge of anything, shes still home so said shes just take care of the billing, I never thought she was capable to do something so disgusting especially to our dad.

That is really sad.  Can you try to get power of attorney and throw your sister and her BF out of your father's home?

I would be calling a family emergency meeting. I would printing off all the bank account information before she can change the password and collect all the bilsl and show the past due balances.
