We just moved to Florida from New York 2 months ago. They say the heat is miserable. How do I help them adjust?

You cant. Only time can. Heat DOES suck. I lasted less than two years and moved North again.

They'll get used to it. It the winter they will love it here. The summer will always be hot but the kids don't seem to mind. Next "winter" they will feel cold the few days it drops to 50.

Spend as much time as possible at the beach or in a pool.

We did the opposite. Coastal GA to upstate NY. We thought the kids would love the snow. They hated it.

People acclimate. Good luck 😉

Take them to do activities out of the heat.
