My ex told me he is going to go to court and get a court ordered DNA test. There is no way I will allow that to happen. I would rather move back to my home country than allow him to have rights

My son is 4 now and my ex hasnt talked to me since I was pregnant and he left me saying he didnt want kids.

The only reason he changed his mind is because his new wife cant have kids. She has been pushing him to go for custody so they can have a child. Yeah that just isnt how it works

So we are moving. The first couple months will be a struggle because I dont have a job lined up but that is okay. I have a nice amount in savings and a place to stay. I like living where I do now but it just isnt worth it. I had him back home and we were there for about the first year he was born so I could have some support from family before I made the decision to move back. I really regret it now.

My ex is a POS and I will not allow him to have rights to my child. He doesnt get to decide to be a father all of a sudden because his wife cant have kids and now she wants to pretend my child is hers.

When you're in jail for ignoring a court order they'll have him full time. Win for them.

They could arrest you as you could lose custody of your child.

It could take years but they could order you back to this country. And if your country has a treaty with the US they too will tell you you have to follow the court order.
