Was going to butterfly a chicken and roast it in the oven. Chicken came out of the package smelling fowl... hahah get it? Anyway....

We have a partially thawed pound of ground beef or I can drive 15 minutes each way to the store for another chicken (a store I was already in once today.)

What would you have? How would you cook it?

I would just make something else I had at home. I keep tuna and simple proteins at home for situations like that.

Well, I don't eat beef so I'd be driving lol

However, since you do, just form the beef into patties. If you have stock, flour and mushrooms you can make a Salisbury steak sauce.

I'd give up and order a pizza. I'd tell myself I tried, lol.

Yeah we had that the night before last, and last night it was meatballs... I really don't want more beef.

I am thinking breakfast for dinner tonight. French toast, bacon, and fried potatoes.
