What is an appropriate bedtime?

For an almost 5yr old (5 next month) if she has to wake up at 6:30am/6:45am?

The usual routine has been dinner at 5pm.

630pm is bath.

6:45pm is snack.

7pm bedtime.

But ive noticed that my oldest wants more one on one time.

I was thinking after snack i put my youngest to sleep and spend an hour or 2 with my oldest.

But i am not sure if pushing it to 8pm or 9pm will be too late and not enough sleep for her.

She is in preschool from 7:30am to 2:30pm.

My 3 year old could do that but he also doesn't have issues if he's tired.

I guess you could try it and see how it goes. If it doesn't work out, adjust.

My 5 year old goes to bed at 8pm and is up by 6:30am. If he went to bed earlier he would be awake by 4/5am.

Kids that age need anywhere from 9-12 hours of sleep at night.  How much sleep does she need? My daughter needed 12 hours of sleep at that age.  And she wouldn't take a nap either.  She gave up naps when she was around 2.  She would tell me "Naps are for babies!"
