Quit worrying about little boys' penises, and for fuck's sake, look at sources that aren't propaganda.

Oh, and a double mastectomy is sometimes performed to prevent breast cancer (https://www.cancer.gov/types/breast/risk-reducing-surgery-fact-sheet)

It's a religious custom, just like many body modifications are.

In order to be an elective surgery, the procedure has to be deemed "Safe" by the AMA. Those statistics would not qualify as safe.

those are hardly 'major surgery'  - some are outpatient, and the others are considered 'minor' surgery only needing an overnight stay for observation.
