Should I tell my dr or wait it out?

I am 27 weeks pregnant and for the past month or so I've been suffering from anxiety/ depression and insomnia. I assumed at first it was just some pretty bad mood swings and would work itself out. But it's been a month and still progressing. Should I wait it out a little longer in hopes it resolves itself or should I discuss it with my Dr at my next appointment?
If I should wait it out when should I be concerned enough go tell my Dr? I don't want to seem crazy

Talk about it at your next appointment. Most meds to help aren't safe in pregnancy but they might be able to refer you to a therapist to try and help.

Tell your Dr at your next appt. There are plenty of ways you can help alleviate those things without medication if you're trying to avoid that.
