Fitness trackers

My 10 year old is recently into running and I think he would like a fitness tracker. However he has sensory processing disorder and can't handle things around his wrists. Does anybody know of a non-watch version that can hold up to kids?

My 10 year old wears my old Fitbit One. He can clip it on his pocket or waistband

Also I know a lot of people at work that put the watches on their belt or shoe laces. We aren't technically supposed to have anything on our wrists so people put them other places and it works well for them.
