I binge.

I have a serious problem and I really need (and want) to talk to my Dr about it but I don't know how. I tried before and she marked it up to "you just need to track what you're eating." well I do that and it doesn't help. 

I really am trying to watch what i eat. I have a goal to lose 100 pounds, Ive even signed up for weight watchers thinking that would help me control how much I eat. I do good for a couple days and then I eat anything I can get my hands on. It's not like "oh I've been craving a piece of cake so I'm gonna splurge and have 1 piece." No. I literally feel like I lose control over it. I have eaten so much that I puke and then I go get some more.

It's miserable and I'm miserable and I want this to stop. I need this to stop!

Any advice? Please, no bashing.

Yeah that was me today. I just finished puking. I literally cannot stop until my stomach is empty again. I try not to keep trigger foods in the house. My binge is usually due to stress eating.

Yeah I am guilty of that as well.. stress eating.

I wish I had some great advice, but I don’t. I do it too, but I mentioned it to my doc and she laughed it off because I’m thin and workout :(
