I think it's awesome haha. I got it for $15! It's pretty tarnished, but we were able to get it cleaned up some. It looks much better than it did.

From what I can find, it's called a condiment cruet. They seem to have been fairly popular in the Victorian era. At least these more elaborate ones. I'm gonna use it for salt, pepper, sugar, oil and vinegar.

I have no idea. There's only a part that says patent applied for, the bottom has 5 lines slashed into it and there's no other visible makers marks. I love it.
