So tired

I guess life is catching up. Or maybe my hormones are off. I don't know but I'm so sleepy lately. I took a 5 hour nap today and I just want to lay down right now.
What do you do when fatigue hits hard?

For me it was depression I started taking Zoloft. I don't feel those days anymore.

I'm glad you found something that's helping. That's good. I think it's just fatigue. Maybe lack of sleep from last week but I'm feeling it now.

Honestly I told my husband today I need to find a doctor because I think something might be wrong with me.

It happens once in a while and I listen to my body and sleep it off. Shouldn't last more then a 24 hour period. If it lasts longer or happens often book an appointment with your doctor. Many things can cause fatigue from thyroid problems, anemia, mental health etc

I've been tired going on 2 days. It may pass. I'm not consistently tired. I had a few good hours of energy today but overall I'm definitely more tired than usual.

I'd give it another couple of days, if it continues make an appointment. Could you be pregnant?

No. I had my tubes tied. Maybe it's just everything I've had going on. I'm used to running full speed so maybe it just all caught up. I've slept constantly though and I still don't feel rested. I've forced myself to workout and eat right but that's about all I've managed.
