my 5 yo has a tooth that came up directly behind a front baby tooth. the baby tooth is not at all wiggly. I saw this is somewhat common but sometimes the baby needs to get pulled. we have a dental appt soon but just wondering abt your experiences....

Yep. It worked itself out. No pulling necessary.

My moms teeth did that, she had to get the baby teeth pulled. Other than that she had no issues with her adult teeth.

I had only one baby tooth that came out on its own the rest had to be pulled by the dentist.  For some reason the roots never disolved like they were supposed to.  Meant I had to wear braces.

Not my kids but I had 2. One if them got severely infected and both the baby tooth and the adult tooth had to be pulled.
