I talk to him all day and for hours...not DH...

I have been friends with this guy and his ex wife for 3 years. They got divorced. We started with a few texts during the day and a phone call maybe 2 times a week. Now we text ALL day, and I mean ALL day. And we have talked for 6 hours in bed. DH snores so he sleeps in my oldest's room while she is off at college. His kid's are 5 and 3 and mine are 19, 7, 5 and 2. The kids get along. We talk about everything. Kids, where we used to live, and we plan stuff. I have said I was going to a mom's night and went to see him. DH thinks he is a friend or family calling. He has no idea. BUT we have never had sex and neither of us have any desire to. So yeah, thats my confession.

You talk to another man 24/7, your husband knows exactly what’s going on, your marriage is just so shitty that he doesn’t care.

If you have to lie or hide anything from your DH, it's wrong.  Would you have to lie if you were meeting with a female friend?  You might not want to have sex but that doesn't mean this guy truly doesn't.

Affair.  You're being ridulculous.  If I was your husband I'd be pissed.  You don't have any legit reason to talk to another man not your husband.

This isn't going to end well... focus on your marriage, while you still can.
