I fired her because she came to work in her pyjamas!

We have a new girl that was hired a couple weeks ago. She has already had some problems but today was the last straw. She came into work in a tank top and obvious pyjama pants. She said she didnt have time to get ready because she woke up late and came straight in. She figured it would be better to be on time than be late

I fired her. She was in tears (which slightly made me feel bad because I dont like crying people) but clearly she isnt a great employee and we could do so much better. I cant believe she thought it would be okay to roll out of bed and just come to work. She didnt even brush her hair or anything.

So that is my "confession"

I think I would have fired her as well. Who does that?

Clearly she is a moron and this was a lesson well learned.  Doesn't matter what kind of job you have.  Don't show up in your PJs unless you're modeling them for a catalogue.

I can't imagine one job where showing up in your pjs is acceptable.

I used to work at a hospital and one of my former coworkers was telling me recently about a woman who came in to interview for a CNA position. She was wearing yoga pants, a tank top and flip flops. Needless to say, she didn't get the job.
