What could this spot be on my tonsil the yellowish thing. Its not a tonsil stone. It wont wipe off. Its soar and makes it hurt to swallow, its been there for a week or more and isnt getting better. I’m worried . Im seeing a dr but not til friday.

Its a tonsil stone... I'm convinced. However, could be a canker sore; possible beginning of an abscess. Are your lymph nodes swollen? Entire throat sore, or just local pain?

Are you gargling constantly? it can help. I like Listerine for this purpose.

It's normal to get those white spots on your tonsils when you have a throat infection. The pain when you swallow could mean strep throat but the only way to know for sure is a throat swab.
Gargle with warm salted water, take ibuprofen and see your doctor.
No need to worry though.

It's a tonsil stone/tonsillolith. Put pressure behind it towards that little slit and it will pop out.
