My mind is a mess but I'll try to keep it short.

During a relapse what did you do about work?

What to you do while you are in crisis but still have 24 hours before you see a med doctor?

How did you handle the extreme ups and downs?

Advice?

Ever feel alone?

I think each person is very different. I don’t have many manic episodes. They are so few and far between that they don’t impact my life. I have more episodes of severe depression and I have just learned to work through them. Medication, yoga, and music help. At least enough to get me out of bed. When I’m not at work, all I do is sleep and cry until the episode is over.

Can you call in sick? Talk to HR? Find something constructive to do with your energy.

Xanax and there is another pill that works wonders, I just can't remember the name.

I changed my lifestyle completely. My medicine comes in the form of healthy food, excercise and sunshine.
I rarely have ups and downs but if it happens, my husband will snap me out of it.

I called in sick 4 days. I was scary manic. Now I'm crashing and just want to die.

This!
I use to eat keto and lift plus run. It helped. I'm in a bad spot now though. I eat ALL the time. Getting back to healthy is like climbing everest.

What do you do?

Advise for me to get healthy from a point of crisis?
