Im sitting on the couch and i keep getting a tight feeling in my lower belly. I dont feel its baby moving(kicks/movements). Baby is head down and i feel his feet in my ribcage area.

You really can’t describe them.

Think period cramps, and then period cramps on crack.

If you can post on CM, it's not a contraction.

I heard they get worse over time though. Im having a csec and shouldnt go into labor is why i ask.

Like some of the worst cramps of my life. I had back labor. A wave of pain would start at my belly button race around one side, across my lower back, around the other side, and stop at my belly button. Then it would pause for a few seconds and go back the way it came.

You abdomen will tighten, usually in a crescendo pattern. You can feel it from the outside, too, as they tighten up. Early contractions and many BH aren't really painful, just a squeezing feeling. Eventually, during labor, they will become painful as they peak.
