Thanks to a subscription plan that offers guidance on prepping clean, plant based dinners for the week. I can't wait to see how it all turns out.

Eta: We are starting the menu plan today. The food is all plant based, oil free, and refined sugar free.

In the pic, I have:

A mushroom, squash, and quinoa dish
Sweet potato polenta
Savory beans
Creamed kale sauce
Diced roasted beets
Walnut parmesan
Creamy Italian dressing
Romesco sauce
Chopped red bell pepper
Roasted beet hummus
Roasted sweet potatoes

I also have all of our leafy greens washed and prepped for the week.

Dinner will take me 15 minutes or less to prepare each night.

I also only spent $115 to feed my family of 8 this week.
