Carb substitutes??

Hi Ladies,

I'm getting back on my low carb eating plan. The problem is carbs are my weak point! Does anyone have any suggestions of carb substitutes? I have tried cauliflower mash and julienned zuchinni. Any other suggestions? Just looking for more variety so I don't get bored. (Which happened last time.) TIA

Cauliflower pizza crust. Haven’t tried it, but I’ve seen it online. Looks delicious.

I love cauliflower "rice" and use iceberg lettuce in place of bread for burgers and sammies, including a blt.

We eat pretty low carb, and I don't use any substitutes.  Lots of salads, veggies, meat, fish and chicken.  So a typical dinner might be baked fish (for instance, salmon with garlic, oilive oil and parmesan), a green salad with veggies and a hard boiled egg, and some steamed veggies.

I'm not sure what you're trying to substitute.
