It's 10pm CST and I'm tired and hope to stay up "late" which is 11pm.

I usually go to bed between 11 and 12:30. Staying up late is anything later than that. Lol

I get up at 6 AM, sometimes slightly earlier so I generally only stay up til midnight

I'm up at 4:00a. Anything past 9 is late for me. It's 10:04, and I'm about to drop. We just got home from my daughter's game.

I used to have insomnia and staying up late meant going to bed at 5 am. Going to bed early was 1 or 2 am.

Quoting smorgan865: 2 or 3am. I frequently go to bed between 12-1.

I usually go to bed at midnight so I guess anything after 1am or so would be late.

Some nights I don't sleep. It's a symptom, it happens. The best case scenario when that happens is I stay up all the next day, don't get manic or a migraine, and go to sleep at a reasonable hour the next night. There is a tipping point. If I'm not in bed by 2 I'm probably up for the night.
