Name a few reasonable gift ideas for boys ages 10 and 14. They're just typical boys, no special needs, no other issues to contend with.

Legos

Go to the pawn shop and get games for their game machine.

A board game. Survive is a good one for kids.

are these your kids?

I am amazed at the number of mothers who don't know what to purchase for their own children..........

No. My boys are toddlers. I've never shopped for boys those ages. They're my cousin's foster children and although she's giving them gifts, I wanted to have something to give to them as well so they're not watching all the visitors bring stuff for her kids and no one brings anything for them.

My DS is 14. Heโ€™s not at all in to sports, and doesnโ€™t have a gaming system. For a lot of boys in that age range, those would be a great place to start. But Iโ€™ll give you some โ€œotherโ€ ideas.

Legos, Star Wars, movie tickets, art/drawing supplies, cool socks, tickets to a trampoline place/zip line/escape room/go carts/skate park/etc., snacks, gift cards to McDonalds/frozen yogurt/etc., earbuds, iTunes card,

Nothing electronic. Get them things to be outside with.
