Take a nap to get rid of this migraine/ nausea before women's bible study tonight. Anyone else get migraines? What are your methods of coping? Thankfully hubs is here so I can sleep it away. They don't happen very often but man.....they are terrible when they do.Took two Tylenol, cold washcloth...not doing anything for it, so sleep it is 😞

I hope your migraine and nausea goes away before your women's bible study. Yes, I do get migraines. My methods of coping are a.) medication for migraine b.) ibuprofen, tylenol, advil, aleve c.) rest/napping d.) masturbation (I know that sounds crazy but for some reason it works sometimes).

I don't get them like I used to...

three ibuprofen, warm milk, and crawl into bed with the covers over my head.

somtimes, something sugary like a glazed doughnut

no light, no sound, no smells.

I got them as a tween and teen, I thankfully outgrew them.

Ice cold Coca Cola, as cold as Mother Nature will allow, and Advil, not Tylenol.  Feel better!

Don't text while driving.

I use Maxalt. No other migraine medicine worked because I would get terrible side effects.

It’s literally changed my life. (I realize I sound like an advertisement 😂)

I feel like if you are staring at a screen and it’s treated with Tylenol and a nap, it’s probably not a migraine.
