My son was sexually assaulted... trigger warning

I have an adopted sibling who had been through trauma and I recently learned he may have sexually assaulted my now 5 year old when my son was 18 months. (On apparently very few occasions.. they were not alone together much) He told his therapist that he had done this w my son. I’m not sure if he was making it up since he has a tendency to lie or say what someone wants to hear or if he was truthful. I had no idea he would do something like that. Do I tell my son ever? My son doesn’t remember it at all and he is a VERY outspoken, upfront And unabashedly honest child. My son is in therapy for adhd/anxiety right now. Should I mention this to his therapist? I just don’t know if it’s true and if I ask my sibling (who is now 18) I could never trust them to be honest or truthful.

What the heck do I do?

That is something I would carry to my grave. As for my adopted sibling, lying or not I wouldnt/couldn't be around them again.
