Do you waste food after Thanksgiving?

This year I scaled down the weight of my bird and am leaving out 2 sides, hoping for less waste.
I was shocked to read that Americans throw away roughly $165 billion in uneaten food every year, according to government data. And about $277 million of that waste will happen during Thanksgiving.
Do you have a lot of waste after Thanksgiving?
If not, how do you avoid it?

Less than this though...right? Or do you have a large family?

No it never gets wasted. My Inlaws stay for the weekend after Thankgiving. They'll go home Saturday evening probably. Maybe Sunday am. My BIL and his GF and my other BIL are staying as well. So between us all in the house we go through the left overs for sure. I also go to the party store before I host a big holiday and buy cheap containers and send people home with food too.

We don't waste anything. The leftovers always get eaten.

All of the turkey gets eaten. Sides and desserts are hit or miss. There's usually leftover dessert because a lot of people will bring a dessert.

I wish I liked turkey enough to do that.
I guess you freeze it to be able to use it for weeks after?

We don't cook more than what we will eat.
