Cooking a ham. Advise

I have a 5lb ham for Thanksgiving. I am not sure how to cook it though. It says at least 2.5 hours, but the turkey will be in the oven. Then the sides need to go in while the turkey rests. I cooked a ham in the crock pot last year, but it was kind of dry. Do you think if I could it in the morning, wrap it in foil and put it in the crock pot on warm it would turn out ok?

The ham is uncooked, or the ham is cooked, and you just need to heat it?

I believe it's cooked and just needs to be heated.

I think that will work then. Just baste before it goes in and again maybe halfway. You can check the temp with a thermometer before serving if needed.

Ask a neighbor who will be out if you can borrow their oven.

My mom cooks her turkey in a turkey roaster and cooks the ham in the oven with all the sides. Maybe invest in a roaster?
