I like a smaller flocked tree. Like one for a table top.

I guess it's all a matter of preference. My mother changed it up every few years. If she went with a green tree, then she would use the standard Christmas colors: red, silver, gold, and green. If she went with a flocked tree, then her colors were red, green and white. However, there was one year that she did a flocked tree, and she changed up her colors by using pink, silver, and black. It was an awesome tree, and she also had clear glass ornaments that, when placed against the lights, would glow different colors. Even her wrapping paper was silver with pink or black bows. So, it's all a matter of preference.

I had one flocked tree i liked once. It had berries and pine cones in the branches and it was beautiful. Somewhere the texture of the white was different than the ones I see in stores now. I don't see any that I like anymore.

One of our trees is flocked. It is the one in my daughter's bedroom. Her tree is very whimsical so I think it works. ..
