Can my psychiatrist put me in the mental ward against my will

I think my psychiatrist is plotting AGAINST me . He asked me if I have been taking my meds and I refuse to answer.. I just don't trust him , I seriously think he wants to admit me to a psychatric Ward and has since day one .

The fact that you think your doctor is "plotting against" you is very telling.  Perhaps you need to be admitted.

Yes if there is clear evidence that you are a danger to yourself or others. But it needs to be very clear and evidence to make a judge also agree.

I'm guessing if they think you are a danger to yourself or others then yes, they probably can.

And no, I've never felt like someone was out to get me.  To me that sounds like classic mental illness.
