He and his girlfriend had sex. He swears it was just once. He said school gave out condoms and he used one.

He was honest so although I want to throttle him I am stuck with the if you are honest with me I won’t kill you thing.

Where did it happen at? Obviously they were allowed to be alone and in a closed room. Which is shame on parents!

I would be sad about that too, but at least you have open communication with him. It can't be undone, so just try not to freak out on him.

At her house. Her dad had an emergency and had to leave and couldn’t take them.

True, but not shocked. Kids are having sex as young as 12 now a days...is it ok? No, but it is what it is. Be thankful he was safe and told you

Make sure he always has condoms.Since he used it when school gave it out make sure he doesn't have an oops because he had no condoms.
