Well another holiday done, and next year I’m disappearing with my family and skipping Thanksgiving altogether!

To me it’s pointless, I hate doing dishes which seems like a damn week, the never ending food that I usually have to throw out.

I'm sorry. I try to clean as I go, so there aren't as many dishes to be done.

Freeze what is freezable with you can't eat right away.
Use what else you can in dishes (turkey noodle soup, turkey or ham casserole, potato pancakes, open faced sandwiches, ham and beans, etc...).

Use paper plates and cook less. Problem solved.

We ordered food and used paper plates. Easy peasy.

I had the meal catered. It was nice not to cook and stress about thanksgiving.

If you own a fridge, then you really don't need to throw away food.

Don't text while driving.

Cook for your family only. Husband, kids. Use paper products and don't cook as much.

We sometimes go out, depending on who is in town. So that's nice not to have to clean up. Otherwise we just don't do anything because it's only us three.

I just got a small ham and made a few dishes. Whatever the kids would eat so no bean casserole, no sweet potatoes..lol it wasn't hard.
