Thanksgiving was not normal

But it was AWESOME. We were soo tired of the normal turkey feast so our family decided to have a bbq instead. We had steaks, hamburgers, hotdogs, french fries, coleslaw, baked beans, beer, and  macaroni salad. Afterwards, we had homemade cake and the option for smores. Kids had a blast with a pinata shaped like stewie's head (from family guy) and my 10 year old nephew is the one who finally busted it. He yelled VICTORY IS MINE (we were rolling when he said it).

Later that night when there were no kiddos, we all smoked pot and played poker. Late late late that night, DH and a few of his friends were bs'ing and playing video games. Yes pot is legal here.

BEST THANKSGIVING I'VE EVER HAD!

Nice! Sometimes it's good to break the mold and do something you wouldn't do on a typical day. I'm glad everyone had fun and nothing shitty happened.

Minus the pot, that's a normal weekend around here. Glad you had a good time.

I don’t understand being “sooo tired” of the normal Thanksgiving feast. In our house, we have that once a year and BBQ at least once a month.

Whatever.

Glad you had a good day. :)

We built a campfire and made hot dogs for lunch, then we cooked chicken and veggies over it for supper. Very nice Thanksgiving!

Glad you guys had a good one too

So strange...I eat hot dogs and hamburgers way more over a years time than a turkey dinner.

It's weird you don't.
