I max out the days absent per semester

I alternate between taking them late or picking them up early, three tardies equal an absence & if they're picked up before one it's an absence. The last report card said five tardies & five absences & I'm planning on keeping this Friday.

So you're teaching them a bad habit , either going in late or leaving early?

Why don't just home school instead so you don't have to concern about maxing out.

Why? Whats the point of taking them out so much? Also, they're lucky. Three tardies meant detention at my grade school.

My state just made a law that if you have more than 3 un excused absences they call cps on you. If it is a lot or it keeps happening you get to go to court.

I don't follow school parenting rules.
You do you.
