My midwife suggested I start checking my cervix to get a feel for it but I hate putting my fingers in my vagina. So DH offered to learn. Anyone else's DH do this?

No, my midwife suggested that multiple cervix checks were not necessary.

You really don't need anyone checking it. Also, how weird that you don't like touching yourself...

I don't like the way it feels. It grosses me out.

It's a long story but it's supposed to be empowering. Instead of relying on people who may lie, I can know for myself.
